What is healthy for you may not necessarily be healthy for someone else. Well, okay there is a basis of what is healthy for everyone, or a mindset/lifestyle to strive for that could benefit most people in terms of becoming healthier. However each of us is unique, and what may work for one person, does not necessarily cary over to another.
Finding Out What Is Healthy For You
In order to find out what is healthy for you, it takes EXPERIMENTATION. To say paleo is the best diet for you, or low carbs is the best diet for you (although I truly advise against diet fads, and I am a proponent of BALANCED EATING, this is just an example) does not mean it is the best for everyone. And in order to know what works best for you it takes a lot of trial and error.
Do You Know What Is Healthy For You
Yes, for the most part by the time clients come to me, clients have a basic understanding of themselves, they already know what has worked for them and what hasn’t worked for them in the past. Don’t get me wrong, there are exceptions, there are those who truly have no idea, and that’s okay too. But most people have a good idea, they just need a little more validation or verification to make sure of which foods provide them more energy and boost their metabolism, which exercises/fitness routines work best for them, etc.
In the end, we all have an innate wisdom about ourselves all we have to do is pay attention to it. Our bodies are speaking to us ALL THE TIME. So just listen. Listen and you will know what is healthy for you. Of course, if you haven’t listened to your body in a long time, it can be hard to hear. My services help clients to learn how to do just that, how to listen to your body and find out what is healthy for you! Sign up to my MAILING LIST to learn more!
