I think the thing about Shopify is that they allow you to integrate your offline and online systems, instead of having them separated and trying to reconcile your business data. Think of it as backend integration and support. If you change your backend data, such as pricing, inventory levels, etc, everything is sync’d up allow you more time to grow your business. Establishing a clear, strategic direction that’s truly motivating, communicating frequently and openly, staying humble and grounded, listening carefully and empathetically, and providing a supportive work environment that’s open, transparent, non-political, and fully meritocratic are some qualities that leadership should possess to keep employees motivated and working for the company’s best interest. Giving freedom, establishing transparency between teams and leaders, acknowledging peer-to-peer relations, and eliminating room for politics are powerful strategies for leaders to keep their employees motivated.

Several of my friends and I ordered from the “TREND Harbor” website, which took payment through Shopify. We ordered items, they took our orders and payments through Shopify but never delivered our order’s, one friend ordered February 1,2017 and has not received her order, as well as others who ordered days apart, we thought we’d try to reach out to you since Trend Harbor will not return calls or answer emails, we have tried numerous times to no avail. We don’t know what else to do as it said payment was taken by Shopify with Stripe. If you could give us any info we’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you for any help you can suggest to us

In my experience, the free themes aren't as easy to customize, and Shopify probably does this to get you to purchase premium options. What I can’t seem to find information on is who stocks the products being sold, the company or Shopify? Say for example your looking to sell t-shirts, will Shopify stock these for you or are these stocked at the location of the t-shirt company. If shopify do stock the product, do they ship out from the US? Reason I’m asking is we’re a UK based company and shipping/customs costs from the US are always outrageous.
The first time you connect, existing Shopify store customers who agreed to accept marketing emails will be imported to your Mailchimp list as subscribed contacts. Customers who haven’t opted in to email marketing will be added as non-subscribed contacts. After that, we'll continue to import new customers as subscribed or non-subscribed based on whether they opt in to email marketing at checkout. I have been fairly happy with Shopify. The price is reasonable. The support has been excellent (and my Canadian speaking skills continue to improve). My biggest problem has been trying to improve my SEO. Anything Shopify can do to help me with that would be much appreciated. The Kit app has been somewhat helpful, but I get lost in the setup on my end on some of the Kit options/suggestions. My geek skills are on the low end.
